In order to accuse someone of doing something, you MUST have a sufficient amount of proof in order for action to be taken.

Screenies
Videos

Please give us a reasonable amount of detail, simply telling Jack and I:

"YO DERE WAZ A GUY ON SERV AND HE WAZ SPAMMIN!"
